We’ve tried to keep these T&C’s as simple possible as we want you to be very clear about our conditions of trade. Please read carefully.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions so please read carefully. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Your contract for purchases made through www.highschoolfanstand.com is with High School Fan Stand. Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase by you and it is not contractually binding on us until we have accepted your order by dispatching your product(s) to you. This means that:
All the details that you provide to High School Fan Stand for the purpose of purchasing products must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and if requested by us you must provide, within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity. If we suspect that you have engaged in or are about to engage in fraudulent or illegal activity High School Fan Stand holds the right to cancel your order.
You agree that if you break these conditions you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that High School Fan Stand incurs as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
We will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party. We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an email asking you for your log in or payment details, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 616-452-3941 or you can email us. We take our responsibilities to you very seriously so please take time to have a look at our full Privacy & Security Policy.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have placed an order with us we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted. If a product is incorrectly priced or incorrectly described High School Fan Stand is not obliged to sell you that product but will immediately refund any payment made in full. If High School Fan Stand does not have enough stock to accept your order you can request that we notify you as soon as stock is available. High School Fan Stand is not able to accept payment for advanced orders. Your credit/debit card will be authorized when your order is placed and payment taken. If for any reason High School Fan Stand is unable to fulfill your order you will be contacted, at latest by the next working day, and refunded in full.
Prices are subject to change without notice but all prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication. Prices are quoted in US dollars.
We accept the following methods of payment

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of receipt. You can select your preferred delivery time and cost when placing your order but please note that all dates quoted for delivery are estimated.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Only one promotion code can be used per order. A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed. Promotional codes and offers cannot be used on sale products.

We take every care to ensure that the description, specification and photos of our items are correct. These are intended only to give a general impression of the item and are not binding. We cannot return, exchange or refund personalized products, even in the case you order the wrong size. We recommend you check the sizing guides on each product before you order, as these have proven to be quite accurate.
For any NON-personalized products, we require a $15 restocking fee, plus any applicable price difference (for exchanges only). You have 30 days to return a product.
