What is High School Fan Stand

High School Fan Stand is a site dedicated to High School sports and gear for those fans.  HFHS is an offshoot of a local West Michigan company Photo EVO.

Returns?

We cannot return, exchange or refund personalized products. We recommend you check the sizing guides on each product before you order, as these have proven to be quite accurate.

For any NON-personalized products, we require a minimum $20 restocking fee or 33% of your item. If you choose to receive a different product, there may also be a price difference as well.

You have 10 days for exchanges. We do not offer refunds.

How do I know you received my order and what if I messed up while placing an order?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your order. If you do not get a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please check your junk, spam or clutter. If you do not find the email, please call production at (616) 452-3941 until you get a live person.

DO NOT reorder without confirming we do not have your order.

If you made an error while placing your order, again call production at (616) 452-3941 IMMEDIATELY. If we don’t answer right away, please call us again until you are able to reach a live person during our business hours (M-F 10am-6pm). Do not email or leave a message, as we might not see it in time to catch the mistake.

In rare circumstances it may not be possible to fix a mistake before it goes through, so please double check before placing your order.

How do I get my school or team involved?

High School Fan Stand puts any school logo up for fans to purchase for FREE!  No design fee, no layout fee, just give us the logo, school, organization, or idea and we will take care of the rest and let all your fans get swag with your logo. How do I know what size to order?

Every supplier has different sizing parameters. Please check the sizing chart on each item you want to order. Also, please note our return policy.

Do my items need to ship to me?

We hear you loud and clear!  While there are times that shipping items makes sense, you don’t need it all the time.  Being a local company with 2 local shops, we can send your swag out to those stores for a FREE pick up.  Photo EVO is our parent company with locations at 5260 Northland Dr, Suite A – north of Grand Rapids, or 4693 Wilson Ave. Suite I –  in Grandville across from Rivertown Mall.

What's in it for our schools and teams?

Fundraising without the raising. High school athletes have a lot on their plates, full school days, homework, practice, some work. High School Fan Stand gives 8% from all sales from individual schools back to the schools athletic department each quarter in the form of a cash donation.  We just like to pay it forward to the fans we love!

We're not part of a school, can we still purchase?

The same as our schools, we can upload your logo to our system and offer it on any of the products we offer.  Then, the same as the schools we give back 8% in the form of a cash donation from anything that sells with that logo.  It doesn’t stop until you say so, or you get sick of us sending you cash!

How do I learn about new products?

We are always adding products and designs.  If you want to stay posted, like us on Facebook, or sign up for our email blasts.  That way when we add that super cool new whiz-bang whatchamacallit, you will know first.

What are the delivery times?

Our production and delivery timeline is usually 5-15 business days for standard orders. Holiday timelines may vary as well as production times for peak times (beginning of school year, etc.) If you have ordered for a special occasion gift or specified timeline, add that information to the notes on your order. Also, be sure to contact us with any questions before you place your order so that we may best accommodate your needs.

How does HSFS produce logos?

We use a variety of methods to add logos and personalization onto apparel and other products. The method we use is at our discretion, based on fabric type, apparel shape, size, and several other factors. Sometimes the logo may be produced using a different method than the personalization, and may look a little different. Logos may also vary in size on different products. If you have special requests, make sure you type them in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. We will try to accommodate your request and will call you if it isn’t possible.

Keep in mind, products are decorated for the express usage to cheer on your team or athlete and are similar to products purchased at large sporting retail stores.

How do I get involved?

Hit us up on Facebook and send out the word, but also we have a blog on here as well.  Check back, post notes about your schools, teams, scores, highlights, etc.  so everyone can be a part of the team.  High School sports in West Michigan are some of the best, and we want everyone to stay up to date on all the scores and info.  If you want you can even email us info and we will post it up for everyone.  Send it to cs@highschoolfanstand.com

Cancellations

We order your product from our suppliers when you place your order, therefore, cancellations are not available. If you have questions, particular delivery times or any other questions, please call production 616-452-3941 before ordering.
